Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Germán’s and Conditions apply to all services between

and her clients, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract for service is concluded through a written agreement, a confirmation of an offer, or by tacit acceptance (e.g., commencement of collaboration by mutual agreement).
3. Services
The provider offers services in the areas of communication, design, project support, and coordination of partner relationships. The exact scope is defined in the respective offer or project agreement.
4. Client’s Cooperation Obligations
To successfully carry out the project, clients shall prove all necessary information and materials in a timely manner. Delays or additional effort caused by incomplete or late cooperation may injure additional charges.
5. Remuneration and Payment Terms
Payment is based on an agreed offer or hourly rate. Invoices are payable within 14 days from the invoice date without deduction. Invoices case of late payment, default interest may ne charged in accordance with § 288 BGB.
6. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive a simple (non-exclusive) right to use the agreed services for the specific purpose. Any modification or transfer to third parties required prior consent from the provider. Copyrights remain with the provider unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Liability
The provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded. The provider assumes no responsibility for content or materials provided by the clients.
8. Confidentiality
All information received during the collaboration will be treated confidentially. This obligation continues beyond the end of the project.
9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
